Insurance & Finances

We participate in most managed care plans. We will automatically bill your insurance company if we have your billing information.

Most insurance plans do not require a referral for annual, well-woman exams or obstetrical care. However, we ask that you become familiar with the benefits and requirements of your plan, including the necessity to obtain a referral for care from your primary care physician.

For delivery, surgery, or other extensive treatment, we will contact your insurance company to obtain preauthorization and provide you with an estimate of the professional fees.

For patients without health insurance, we participate in a national program called Simple Care. Simple Care is a membership plan that requires the patient to pay at the time of service. Because there is no billing involved, most participating physicians are able to reduce their fees between 20% and 40%.
