Kay E. Case, M.D.

Kay Case was born in Wisconsin but has spent most of the last twenty years in the Northwest.  She holds doctorate degrees in both human and veterinary medicine.  Dr. Case attended medical school at the University of Washington in Seattle.  She completed a four-year residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City.  Dr. Case is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  She is the proud mother of three young boys.

Melissa D. Heuberger, Family Nurse Practitioner

Melissa Heuberger joined our staff in November of 2004. Melissa graduated from Oregon Health Science University in 1997 and worked as a labor & delivery nurse for five years. She completed her Masters and Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Portland in 2004. Melissa is originally from McMinnville and currently lives there with her husband and daughter.
